duty nylon covered fire retardant foam pad (3”x12”x1/2
thick) with a special small latch mechanism assures
distribution of lap belt pressure - this is secured from
accidental “trip” (release) by a velcro closure to
meet NHRA requirements. The unique “pull up - pull
down” construction allows a course and fine adjustment
and may be mounted left or right for use in formula
(shifter clearance), sprint (firebottle) or sedan
(driver/passenger side) configuration. Thumb loops allow
easy shoulder adjustment and also have “quick release”
red tabs attached. Even the sub belt is adjustable! (great
